At BonheurSimple, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or circumstances may change.
For this reason, we have designed a clear and straightforward returns process to make it easy for you to return eligible items.

We ask that you carefully review our return policy before starting the process to ensure your request meets our guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including any seals, protective films, or branded boxes).
  3. All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering cannot be accepted for hygienic and quality control reasons.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be handled through the original seller).
  • Promotional or free gift items.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • In the event of a defective or incorrect product, BonheurSimple will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

How to Start Your Return

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

Email support@bonheursimple.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include the following:

Full Name

Order Number

Reason for Return

Clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our Customer Service team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide detailed return instructions.

Prepare Your Return Package

Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.

Seal the package securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship the Item

Send your package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team:

Use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number for reference.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return arrives at our facility, our Quality Control team will inspect the item(s).

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete.


Important Notes

  • BonheurSimple is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Refunds cover only the product cost; original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Repeated return requests for the same customer may be subject to review.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please follow the return process for your original order and place a new order for the desired item.
