1. What countries do you ship to?

We are proud to serve customers around the globe. BonheurSimple offers free worldwide shipping to most destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us so we can confirm shipping availability for your location.


2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

Worldwide: 10–15 business days on average
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local postal service efficiency. We recommend tracking your order regularly once it has been shipped.


3. Which shipping carriers do you use?

We currently ship via Yanwen Express, a trusted and reliable carrier that specializes in international deliveries. Your tracking link will be provided as soon as your order leaves our facility.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your package’s journey in real time. If you have not received your tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team.


5. How long does it take to process an order?

We process orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. During busy periods, such as holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once your order is on its way.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


9. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


10. Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


11. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, email support@bonheursimple.com with your order number and reason for return. Our Customer Service team will provide instructions and the return address.


12. Do you accept exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


13. Are your products safe for all skin types?

14. Do you test on animals?
