At BonheurSimple, we understand how important it is for you to stay informed about the progress of your order from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your doorstep.
Our goal is to provide clear, timely, and accurate updates so that you always know where your purchase stands.

This page explains how to check your order status, how long processing takes, and what to do if you encounter any delivery concerns.


1. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order and your payment has been successfully processed, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your unique Order Number
  • A summary of the items purchased
  • Billing and shipping details
  • The selected shipping method
  • Our estimated processing timeframe

If you do not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our Customer Service team at support@bonheursimple.com.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak shopping seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 72 hours.

3. Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time
  • The name of the shipping carrier (Yanwen Express)

Tracking Updates:

  • Tracking details typically become available 24–48 hours after shipment.
  • In some cases, early tracking scans may be limited until your order reaches a major logistics hub.

4. How to Check Your Order Status

There are two easy ways to track your order:

Simply click the link in your shipping confirmation email to view the current location and status of your package.

Contacting Customer Service

If you have not received your shipping email or if your tracking link is not updating, you can contact our Customer Service team with your Order Number for assistance.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

  • Worldwide: 10–15 business days on average
  • Delivery times may vary depending on:
  • Customs clearance in your country
  • Local postal service efficiency
  • National holidays or unforeseen events

6. Backorders or Delays

At BonheurSimple, we work hard to keep all products in stock. However, if an item in your order is unexpectedly backordered:

  • You will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • We will provide an updated estimated shipping date.
  • Backorder-related delays will not exceed 2 business days unless otherwise communicated.

7. Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • First, check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office.
  • If the package is still missing, contact our Customer Service team immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
