Shipping Information

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our Customer Service team to confirm availability.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- During peak periods (sales events, holiday seasons), processing may take up to 72 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Our standard delivery timeframe is:
- Worldwide: 10–15 business days on average
- These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:
- Customs clearance procedures in the destination country
- Local postal service efficiency
- Public holidays and peak delivery seasons
4. Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via Yanwen Express, a trusted logistics provider with experience in handling international deliveries.
Once your order leaves our facility, it is handled by Yanwen until it arrives in your country, after which your local postal service will complete the delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the order has been shipped.
6. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.
No minimum purchase is required.
Returns Information
At BonheurSimple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return under the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Free gift items
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be handled directly with the retailer)
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- In the case of damaged or incorrect products, BonheurSimple will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Once received, items will be inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different product, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable, insured delivery method.
- Refunds are processed for the product amount only; original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
